A lot of couples want to know what happens after the initial email or phone call. There’s even a question on what happens after the down payment or what happens after we shoot the wedding. Below is our process that will hopefully answer those questions.
When I first receive your email or call, there’s a few things we go over:
- Your wedding date
- The Location
- A little about you and your fiancee
- What you are looking for in your wedding video
- Packaging and pricing options
Once I get the main details of your wedding, I will write a proposal for you to look over and agree on.

- I will meet with Andy and we begin our preproduction
- We make a schedule of the day
- Begin contacting the Dee Jay and reception location
- We get all the information we need
This ensures that you don’t have to worry about us at all on your big day. I am available to talk and will respond to all emails within 48 hours (most likely the same day). You are also able to make any changes to the wedding package and we will add the extra costs on the final payment.
Our style is cinematic documentary. What this means is we like to stay out of the way and unnoticed but we will use our tools and knowledge to give you a cinematic look. We also use are skills to give the video a story. We don’t just sit in the back of the room with a locked off camera. We will stage certain things and even have you pose like you would for a photograph when needed.
We will NEVER interrupt any ceremonial event nor get in the way of any other vendors. We are here for you with the mission to provide a video that will last you a lifetime.
